I own 46 retail games and 34 arcade games.
More than half of my retail games for bought for $20 or less off of the clearance rack at Target. They seriously put some random good games on there. The last game I bought, which I am currently playing is Fracture, I paid a whopping $10 for. I must say, the game is actually pretty good.
I scope out the clearance rack at least once a week.
