I'm not a hardcore UFC fan, but from what I've seen on Spike and WB64 (Alright, MY64... but that's gay as fuck), I like Lidell and Minotauro Nogueira. Also, Rich Franklin just 'cause he's from Cincinnati, and Lesnar because he was in the WWE when I was most into it.

The UFC has no control over the testing, except the overseas shows which are not too often.
The State Athletic Commissions do all the testing in the US. Just like boxing.

Kimbo won't win, and if he does, he will only get beat. He got beat by that seth dude (who was in the ufc, but cut due to poor performance's/losses) in under 15 seconds. I don't see the big hype with Kimbo.
And agreed with up top. The UFC doesn't do the drug testing like the WWE or whatever does, it's all ran by state officials, or doctors. Leben got tested after the Bisping fight, and suspended for a year. There are no breaks. Brock is just a monster.
