That's a design flaw in the game library I need to fix. The date was set to 2008, so it shows for the first day of 2008 which definitely isn't accurate.

I fixed the date the other day. It is now showing as July 1st, 2008. You can always see what date a game has by going to the game link at the top and going to the physical game page.

RTS's are made for computers. Not for consoles. How do you even play one on a console. Anyway not looking exciting towards this release after the dissapointment of halo 3.
