Well, we saw Rock Band mix it up last week by throwing some country at us. Not to be outdone, this week has released a Reggae track pack, along with a hard rock track pack. The best news, though: The Reggae track pack is FREE! That's right, three tracks to get you feeling good, all for free. I'm a Rock Band fan before a GHWT fan, but I have to give it to them on this one.

The Reggae track pack is free, can only be purchased as an entire set, and features
-Pepper - "Your Face"
-Slightly Stoopid - "Jimi"
-The Expendables - "Sacrifice"

And for you hard rock fans, the Hard Rock Track Pack features
-Hinder - "Use Me"
-Rev Theory - "Light It Up"
-Nickelback - "Because of You"
The Hard Rock Track Pack will run you 440MSP; songs can also be purchased individually for the going price of 160MSP a piece.

I will download the Reggae track pack when I get home, on the off-chance that I get GHWT for Christmas :D

Can't say I've ever heard of those reggae songs but they have to be better than that mainstream rock.. still waiting for good DLC for a music game, it's been awhile since I was compelled to shell out the MS points to DL a trackpack, song or album.

Good "deal" on the Reggae tracks, but seriously, what is up with all the no name artists to download. For instance, the bonus 20 songs I got free with that code on the manual, not a single one I know. I was thinking I would be able to choose 20 songs to download from reading about getting 20 songs.

Hahaha Hard Rock? They're kidding. Thats about as soft of rock as you can get... unless you count Bob Dylan and Tom Petty as rock. Still, those bands are NOT in any way shape or form, hard rock. I was expecting Disturbed, Iron Maiden, stuff along those lines.
