I need help signing up, I get this message after I click register?

So How do I see if I am in or not?

Hell yeh I just signed up. Figures i get up and go on my comp and the registration is ready. Just to let you guys know my team is Militant Corpses

Click on the Gears of War tournament banner in the top right of the site. Once you are on the tournament homepage, click on "Register Now!".
All three members of your team must already be XboxAmerica members or the form will error out on you.
