When I started the friendly gamerscore competitions back in January they were meant to be just that.... FRIENDLY.
Now there are certain things that lie in the gray area, such as: Avatar, 2k6 games in general, fallout on the pc, etc etc. If these "gray" things are within competition rules then they are allowed and no amount of mucking about the issue will solve your quandry.
Now when an account is created purely for the competition to play aforementioned gray games then SO BE IT. It is a competition and like the saying goes "May the Best Man Win". So a certain kudos and congratulations are in order even if the 'gray' circumstances bother you.
The instant these competitions stop becoming friendly is when you invest personal attachment to the 'Friendly Gamerscore Tourneys". They are supposed to be friendly. So do just that, help your friends get achievements. Loan games. It is all in the spirit of competition and meant to be fun.

I did not intend to have a sarcastic tone.
Seriously congrats to the winner, waffling is serious business.

I domt think it matters how you get the score as long as it falls under the guide of the rules. But thats just my opinion.

I'd like to mention that Dr Peeper and str8nasty254 have different logged ip addresses. While that's not conclusive, it certainly suggests Dr Peeper is speaking honestly.
In the spirit of the competitions, let's move on everyone. Maybe in the future we might want to put more restrictions on who can participate, but there were none on that competition. No one violated any rules.

Unattributed Quote:
not sure if you were being sarcastic or not but if not I agree. people need to chill out. everyones jumping on my ass for "cheating" and getting mad at Kino. he didnt do shit to anyone. all he did was want to win a competition and he did and everybody goes nuts.
"you cant play those easy games"
"thats cheating"
"you should be disqualified"
Im sorry. No one was preventing anyone else from playing those games. The goal was to get 10,000 quickly and no matter how you try to complain, he did exactly what he was told.
would you want someone to complain if you had won? i could have easily bitched about how knuckle was starting with a new account. but i didnt. would everybody have yelled at him if he had won?
i for one was pissed that Puck started a new account. and he said that he made it before he knew of the comps was bullshit bc he was in the tourney as Miller x360a and then it changed. but whatever. the tourney is over. i was pissed at first bc i would have won the day he did but once i saw him so close when i woke up i stopped playing crappy games so i didnt even try after that. but congrats. i just went out and bought a points card neway. and next comp u mind buyin me 20 games u wealthy bastard? and up and night at the museum r easy to find. buy them new they r 30 bucks a piece.
