What up peeps? I recently played Batman: Arkham Asylum and Dead Space at my friends place and both are awesome from what I see. I was wondering which game is more rewarding in the long run so I don't waste my money. Oh, and please try not to spoil anything

i loved dead space. it was amazing.
if you're a biocock fan you need dead space.

Tough decision in my book. I loved Dead Space, and could play it over and over. AA was also pretty awesome. If I were you, I'd go ahead and get Dead Space, and then when you are done with it, go and trade that bad boy in for AA. If you have headphones, use them and play the game at night. Talking about a creepy experience sometimes!!
Haha, good idea. What I found hilarious is my friend that has Dead Space is too afraid to play it, I played for the first time tonight and got further than he was and hes had the game for about a week. I don't "scare" easily but I definately feel the atmosphere in this game, the opening cinematic is amazing.

I have always hoped for either a Happy Days game (not rpg) or a Richie Rich game (also not in rpg format). these would be fun in an urban assault/shooter type genre with Spca elements.

And you would actually play those and not pass!?!?!?!

I absolutely loved Arkhum Asylum right up until the ending. I was so disappointed with the ending that I sent it back to gamefly without doing any of the challenges.

Depends on the overall quality of the finished product....you can polish rust to a high luster finish using enough elbow grease and know how.

Oh and to actually add to this thread, AA looks really cool in videos and I plan to rent or pick it up sometime. I've played dead space but can't compare it to AA cause I haven't played it yet.

Absolutely. Just wish they would come out with #2. As you get further into the game, it just gets more intense. Not that it really creeped me out, but sometimes, especially at night when I played and was going through an area, I'd hear a strange sound, and get goosebumps from it.
well good news for you then...... it was reported on G4 that they are currently hiring a team to DEVELOP dead space 2. its already cleared to go they jut need a crew to work on it.
also i would agree with golden. go for dead space. gamestop has it new for 19.99 and it is well worth it. im going to re-buy it myself bc i never did finish it. i scare easy when it comes to that game. it just really drew me in. batman was a great 1 time play through but after that its like......well now what do i do? while with dead space u take all ur upgraded items to another play through it u would like
