You don't get a luger in the game I don't think, it's a mauser.

Only SS and officers had lugers, and you're usually fighting enlisted, so there would be no way for you to pick up a luger. In my mind anyways.

I believe you could also use a Luger in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Not sure though.
