There is a core group of 35 guys an 5 girls. The rest come and go depending on what I've been playing.

Everyone on mine is pretty much jus XBOX America people. I think that will be my core group just cuz my real life friends don't jump on very often

I have a ton of people on my friends list and most of them I dont ever talk to again once I add them. Personally I use it (Friends List) as a good reference for achievements as well as a good way of finding out if a game is worth the purchase. Oh I do have some people from work and Im always telling people to get a 360, lol Recently Ive gotten into the habit of talking to random people near the games section in stores and asking for their gamer tag.
