Ok to make this easy, im going to need 2 people who are lvl 35+ And one who is got home country of USA, and another who has europe. I have japan, but i can use you to buy the USA cars for me at your discount, and i can trade you for jap cars at my discount. As well as for europe. Its not cheating to get the achievemnt. Its just saving a crap load of money
