If you get enough conplaints you will get an automatic ban for one day. That's just part of Live. Nothing you can do about it....maybe stop pissing people off!!! Hehehe!!!

finally someone who is defending me and my oddness of the random language stuff i do. yes, i know that i annoy people w/ my misspelled words, and im pretty sure my FF spell checker doesnt like it either, but tbh, if you dont like it get over it. theres people who spell worse (e.g: mastur cheef from arby n the chief, the people cheef is making fun of, those that use 1337 in every post for every word, etc) if i wanted to i could REALLY annoy you all w/ the most insanely hard to read posts ever. sadly you cant type that language, since its a little odd and must be heard really because its kinda....different and difficult for typing.....
anyways, idk my rep. it might be low due to my tk rampages in cod4, or my acidental betrayals in halo3....idk what i wouldve done in gow to make people mad.....but either way i doubt theyd ban for any amount of time just for rep...cause someone could just get all their friends to de-rep you and get you banned....sadly, they do that w/ complaint files instead...but idk, just going to wait for the email and see whats up

i dont have a modded DVD drive. id ont play dvd's on my console. i rarely watch movies at all anymore, and if i do its at the theater...unless the dvd drive is also where burned games would go
either way, i havent played a burned game in like, a month or so (something like that) but my bro has....and if its his fault im banned, then that forker can kiss my jacket and his xbl accs goodbye (idk why, but he has some fascination w/ one of my jackets...forker needs to get his own)
either way, how would they even KNOW its modded? like, do they have some way to tell, or what? or would they have to have someone email them or whatever and tell them...
when i get back ill see if i have a reply, and see what they say if i do....

By this if you have modified DVD firmware (this is how you play burned games) you could be banned when connecting to Live. You may have been caught...

but how? how would they catch you? someone telling? possibly a tracker/chip thing in the 360? thats why im not blaming the modding...as my slates been cleaned of burned games for like, a month or so...my bro played FM2 a couple a times, when he kicked me off the 360, so tbh im going to blame him if its for burned games...
and btw nemesis, cheaters usually DO win...its why they cheat. they cheat in halo 3, gow, gow2, and any other game they play to win...so, game-wise, they do WIN...eventually they might get caught, but for the most part they usually win..or am i really the only one who realizes this?
ill check my live tomorrow and see if i'm unbanned...id check today but idk when i got banned so i wouldnt know when to get on and see if the banning is off...today, im just going to do a lil gow2 progress towards some achievements...

The dvd firmware's that were out were supposed 'stealth' versions meaning that the information that they provided to Microsoft would be the same as the oem firmware. Microsoft has just determined how to detect it, and they possibly did this months ago and just waited to ban people until before the new dashboard release.
