Not a real team, individual players. You have 31 draft choices, and the draft will probably be mid-March. And the players get points for doing certain things, like hitting a home run or getting a strike out. So someone like David Ortiz would get a lot of home run points but Juan Pierre wouldn't, he'd just get steals. So basically any kind of accomplishment gets that player a set amount of points and your whole team gets those points as well.
