Actually, that's not true. 360 Voice has the same limits we do, but with the sheer number of members in their database, their rankings are more accurate.

It could be MyGamercard.net. They boast a leaderboard with over 2,500,000 users which is astoundingly complete, but considering Xbox Live has well over 12 million gold and silver subscribers, they're still only around 20% of the Xbox Live community at the absolute max.

Its not that difficult to understand. People joined with higher gamerscore than you and people pass you.
