I have to say one of the newest games that are easy is the new soul caliber for xbla 200/200 in 2hours and that only took so long because you have to beat the game with every charecter.

I just finished Guitar Hero: Aerosmith on Expert a little while ago.
The difficulty isn't bad at all, it's actually a little easier notecharting than Rock Band's but has the large timing window and HO/POs of Guitar Hero 3.
Overall I would put the difficulty for beating it on Expert at somewhere between Guitar Hero and GH2. Plus, the Achievements stack.
Many of the other Achievements are easy as well. You can get about 600G with no real difficulty. If you can beat GH3 on Expert or 5-star all songs on Hard, you could get 1000G in GH:Aero in the time it takes to beat the career two and a half times (to be able to buy everything) and play 20 ranked matches online.

That riff between the solo's in "Train Kept A Rollin' pisses me off on expert. Arghhh that one riff is keeping me from 75gamerscore.

Vampire Reign is really really really bad.
Even the online is bad.
My friend laughed his ass off at some of the "effects" the game has.... such as rain rolling up characters faces. Awesomesauce. I think i had that game less than a day before I returned it.

CSI: HARD EVIDENCE should NOT be considered an EASY ACHIEVEMENT game just because it only has five 200 point achievements that lead to 1000.
Seriously... the game sucks so bad. 10-15 hours only if you can stand the suck. And I mean SUCK!!! The game is a 30 out of a 100 on its best day.
LOST: VIA DOMUS (50 out of 100) was an easy game based on the series. CSI is just stupid. I don't even know if I want to score any GS from that. Seriously... stupid.
PS - Don't ever come to my house with one of those black florescent lights. I don't think any of us want that.... EVER!! LOL!!!

Longest part of CSI was the cut scenes and loading. Took me just under 8 hours and I was putzing around.
