For me it was for the RROD, I was out of the year warranty but I had the extended warranty for that. But yeah, I had to option. They only sent one to me when they sent me a label that was about 5000 pixels.

Well first off it took 2 days for the email to get to me, then I couldn't print off their label because it was bigger than the screen, and no way to resize it. Then it took about 3 days to call and get them to send me a box, so yeah, it was more shipping than fixing.

When I got the E 74, I unplugged everything from my console (including the HDD) then plugged back in just the power and A/V cables.
I turned it on and didn't get the error again, so I turned it off and replaced the Hard Drive and plugged my controllers and Cat5 cable back in and then turned it back on and haven't had the problem since.

yeah i tried that but it didnt work and i tried diffrent cables and still didnt work but oh well its at the company now getting fixed took a couple of days to get there because it was in texas and i live in arizona so hopefully it comes back soon.
