BioWare will be issuing a collector's edition for Dragon Age: Origins, one that Mass Effect completists should pay attention to. Details on the higher priced option reveal an exclusive unlockable for the developers other big upcoming role-playing game.
GameStop, by way of Destructoid, has a full run down on what's included in the Dragon Age: Origins Collector's Edition, which packs in more than just a cloth map. But, hey, cloth map!! Big spenders will also get an unlockable "exclusive in-game item for use in the upcoming title Mass Effect 2," a brilliant cross-promotion tactic that will surely move a few copies more of the more expensive option.
* Tin Case
* Bonus DVD including:
o A making of documentary
o Soundtrack
o Trailers
o Wallpaper
o Concept art video
o Strategy tips.
* Cloth Map
* 3 pieces of exclusive in-game content:
o Bergens Honor
o Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes
o Final Reason
* The Stone Prisoner" unlockable bonus quest and unlockable character, Shale
* An unlockable exclusive in-game item for use in the upcoming title Mass Effect 2
The PC version will set collectors back $64.99 USD, with the Xbox 360 version going for $74.99.

Quote by Lady Evol:
I want this game, I THINK... I know Evol thinks I might not like it because it uses so much of one of my least fave most hated 360 games (Mass Effect) and should be fairly similar in some ways, but hopefully not so similar that it ruins Dragon Age for me!!! I mean the 2 things I hated the most about Mass Effect were the guns and it being in space... and I don't think either of those are in Dragon Age. So I can get behind it! ^_^
Wait.... you hated it for being in space??
This coming from a former PSU. lolcats all around.
