I don't know much about this... but it's something about building a dome stadium for the browns so that Cleveland would be elligible to host a super bowl sometime. I'm not sure if they can make the current stadium a dome stadium or if it'd have to be an entirely new one. They just built that one... I think it's kinda soon for any talks like that.

That has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen in my life.
With the amount of lake-effect snow Cleveland receives, that roof would collapse in the first year. LOL
