I'm fighting with them about getting my card.
It says my gamertag isn't in the system, but when I try to sign back up it says it was already registered.
I e-mailed them and they gave me some lame stuff about the 12-month subscription at time of sign-up. I should have been fine, as I signed up after reading this thread (which started on 1/4/06 and had started a new 12-month subscriptuion on 1/1/06.
Regardless, people should have been told (and made abundently clear at sign-up) that they didn't qualify, or automatically set up with a card when they finally did. Instead, there are a bunch of us still wondering WTF happened to out cards.
Probably about as poorly managed a promotion as those Million Point giveaways by Verizon.
The only reason it is an issue now is that the Quizno's coupon states you have to show yor Diamond Card to get some of the better promos, while in the past they did not.

Check out the new "Buy one get one free" coupon. It is printed right on the coupon that you must show your card for it to be valid.

After four e-mails with a stupid chick from Xbox Live Diamond Card asking me for the same info I provided her with two different times, I finally called in.
Only took the nice lady 5 minutes to fix the issue. However I have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my card. Hopefully because I am already in the system, it will come sooner....

I just used that coupon and even thought it says right on it MUST SHOW CARD, they didn't ask for it;)
