Connection error

I dunno if anyone can help but it's worth a shot. I've been trying to connect to Live all day, once earlier at about 11:15 eastern, and then just now. This morning I thought it was just buggy so I turned it off and went on my way, but now it's doing the same thing.

I turn on the console, and it just signs in my profile but won't connect to Live. I've done the test connection shit 10 times now and it's the same thing, connected to internet but not to Live. I can connect fine with my laptop, DS, and PSP so it's not the router, here's the status code

W: 0000 - 000B
X: 0000 - F001
Y: 30A8 - 4860
Z: 8015 - 1918
ID: 0006 - 0001

I googled the code, and I'm not likin' what I saw...

Did you try turning your router off and back on again? Sometimes that helps. I've had this happen a few times and it says something about my NAT setting so if you know how to change your NAT setting to open instead of closed or moderate that may help as well. It could just be a problem on Live's end too.

I tried resetting the router about 4 times, still didn't work. I also tried going into the router webpage or whatever the hell they suggest, but it won't let me without a username and password, and we don't even have it protected. And I have no clue as to what a NAT is, but I noticed when I play Call of Duty 6 it says its on moderate.

Microsoft really needs a website that tells what the codes mean. Everything I found said that if the Z line isn't all 0s then you're banned.

On your router webpage try username: admin, and password: password.
That was the default setting on mine. Who knows, it might work for you. What kind of router is it?

That's not it. We have a T-Mobile @Home router, I'm not really expecting anyone to know anything about that, lol.

I will in 30 minutes or so. I don't know if it's true now, but some people got the same error status report code two years ago and Live was just down.

Edit: Finally decided to work, figures it does just as I have to leave.
