They should be allowed to play on a PC/360, whatever they choose. You're saying that achievement points that you get on a PC aren't the same on the Xbox? That doesn't make any sense. It's all the same.
Even though I didn't strive to win this, I don't think people who don't even post here should be allowed to join in the competitions (yes I know these competitions are also ways of gathering more people to join but it's not fair when you have all these random people come here for only the competitions and win but then don't stay active members)
I don't agree with you when you say that they should @least be signed up for a few weeks, so what if they're signed up? if they never post, make introductions or anything else.. why should they just come in sweep away the prizes and win competitions hosted by it's own active members that contribute greatly to help keep this community up and going?
I agree to a point. But when it comes to some games (Fallout 3 is a great example) you just bring up a menu and type in add achievements, and BAM! all of them are there just like that on your profile. You truly didnt even earn them. To some thats cool, but for a competition its wrong. Everyone might not be "PC savy" and be able to get games that have achievos on PC. So wouldnt be a lot more simple, fun, and just all around fair to keep the competitions on Xbox 360 games only? Thats my opinion. As far as what you saying about people joining who hardly even post, i completely agree.
i agree with the no pc rule. i for one dont even have a pc i own a mac. i think it just make it fair to only have 360 games bc everyone on here has a 360
