It makes sense though, COD:MW was a big hit and is continuing to sell games as we speak....It is only logical for them to try and milk as much out of MW2 as they can

I could see spending $399 for that. The 120GB is $299 and your getting an extra wireless controller ($40), COD:MW2 ($60), AND the extra 130 GB storage (120 GB $125 iirc) so your saving $125 over buying it all separate. And I have been wanting a new system/bigger HD for a while now.

If I wasn't about to buy subs and an amp for my car I would be all over this. I have to buy a new hard drive anyway so if I just sold my current 360 plus the money going into buying a bigger hard drive, the price wouldn't be bad at all.
