The ol' fart wants to come out of retirement... The Bengals could use some back-up for Carson, maybe he can straighten out Ocho Cinco too

I think he just wants to keep the "Madden Curse" going...
If he comes back, he'll be a Packer for sure, and he'll get hurt somehow. I think he should just stick with retirement...he had a great career, and he went out with a decent season. In my opinion, there's no real reason to jeopardize that.

Heh, I only follow the ECHL, I'll just catch a random NHL game whenever I can.

When it comes to Farve, money has nothing to do with it. The man is set for life. Farve is a fan of the sport and he loves the game. He feels he can still play. Without a doubt, if he were to come back it would be in a Green Bay uniform. (sorry, he would NEVER back up Carson Palmer) I think he should stay retired and give Aaron Rogers (GBs new starter) the team he has clearly earned. I would love to see Farve come back, but I don't think it will happen unless Aaron Rogers gets hurt.

I wasn't serious about him backing up Carson, just so ya know.

Oh yeah, Brett getting hurt, since he missed SO many games during his career.
Do you even know about the Madden curse? I wasn't commenting on his injury resistance...the man's a machine in that regards. But wiki "The Madden Curse" and don't jump down my throat if you don't understand my reference.

Farve went out on a decent note.....that being said him coming back would be a BIG mistake. I know the dude loves the game but dont be like all those other professional atheletes who came back to the game (Jordan, Montana, etc) and tarneshed their image.
Dont get me wrong those are all great atheletes but they should have stayed in retirement, coming back never changed anything for the better. Farve coming back would just hinder the Packers from moving forward and beginning to grow as a franchise of the future.
