Xbox 360 owners who are tired of the retro-arcade games that have been released have a new game to look forward to. Bizarre Creations (Geometry Wars) and EA will be teaming up to bring Boom Boom Rocket to Xbox Live Arcade this Spring.
According to AceyBongos, the game sounds a little Geometry Wars-esque, as you will have to pilot rockets through 3-D landscapes and explode them in rhythm with the music soundtrack. Acey also said that if you "..do it well and the explosions will create beautiful firework displays in the sky, and chain lots of explosions together and you'll unlock the trippy psychedelic mode for big points and big prizes."
The game will feature both single and multi-player, Live Leaderboards and have three different modes: Normal, Speed and Head-to-Head.
