I only needed one, so that's the one I did.
Some people on CAG have been doing "Live it Again" and having success. Some of them got refunds when they cancelled and some didn't. Either way I think it was a relatively cheap offer $8-10 or so.

Hmmm okay. Also, have you ever done a 'preorder' per se, or waited to use your credits on a game that just came out, or is about to come out? If so, how long do they usually take to ship it?

I have "pre-ordered" quite a few games. Black Ops and also NCAA Football 10 and 11. All three of those got release date shipping. Halo Reach as well. Release date shipping is NOT guaranteed but often happens for big releases.
If there are pre-order bonuses associated with a game you WILL NOT get them. I pre-ordered Brink through them and did not get release date shipping, and although the game came from amazon I did not get the pre-order bonuses that amazon gave out. They must get some kind of price deal since they buy so many games and it must exclude pre order bonuses.

If it shipped on the 12th you should have it soon. Usually once they mark it shipped it takes 7-10 days. If you don't have it by the 22nd I would file a support ticket and ask.

Well, I submitted a support ticket on Wednesday. It's been about 12 days now since it shipped and no luck. Haven't heard anything back from the submitted ticket.
