wireless mic (very good but if you get one i'd recommend you keep your receipt because they're known to mess up, which my first one did, but the one i have now works great)
wired mic (good for ut3 and that's it)
360 remote (easier to deal with than the controller)
2 memory cards
i love the chatpad! it works great for sending fast messages when you're playing a game
that's all that i can think of

I used the wireless headset before but people said they couldn't hear me that well with...meg says hers is really good so IDK...I might have gotten a forked up one...I just went back and traded it in for a game and I use my wired mic....it works really good.
I have 4 Wireless controllers, 3 black ones and 1 white one along with a black plug&play and a white plug&play
I have a different variety of faceplates but for some reason the old plan stock faceplate is on my 360 at this moment, lol
I thought about getting the chatpad but I wasn't real sure if it was worth the money...can someone give me opinions on it?

I keep my profile/tag (and Rock Band data) on a memory card for when I go to friend's houses or a gaming center, and I'm on my third controller right now.
I think the chat pad is definitely worth it if you like shooting quick text messages around like I do, or friends like to hassle you on MSN messenger while you are playing a tense Geo Wars round. Despite the size it is very ergonomic and super fancy the way the buttons have a nice back lighting so you can type in the dark. Plus, the headset that comes with it has the volume & mute control on the cord instead of right by the controller base, which I like.
I also bought a black wireless controller recently because I had worn out the right analog stick on 1 controller and the A button on another, and I bought the back-mounted intercooler when I first got my 360.
I had heard 'anecdotal evidence' that these can actually get hot and make the temperature worse for your 360, but I was very paranoid about RRoD when I first got my console and I haven't had any problems yet so my fingers are crossed and those 3 fans are pushin' some hot, turkey-roasting air.
