If you didn't get the picture my xbox 3 red rings of happy happy joy joy! (not) I blame guitar hero.... But if anyone thats had these 3 rings if i could ask something

is it as reliable as it says??? Cause the guy said the box will come in 3-5 business days then take it to UPS with the console and this number they gave me and it take 5-8 busniess days to repair. Is this ture??? i wouldn't be asking these questions if it wasn't summer cuz i wasn't looking foward for this to happen during a time when i could accully play the 360.

hey thanks 24 days is alot those basterds told me it was 5-8 busniess days to repair

5-8 to repair it, which are business days. So rule out Saturday or Sunday for teh repair time, and then your shipping there and back includes Sundays and a Holiday. Oh yeah, that is once they send you the box, which takes a few days...

You wait for the coffin to arrive
Once the coffin arrives, you put just the console in the back, put the styrofoam ends on it, place it back in the back, then use the piece of enclosed tape to seal the box.
Take it to UPS and get a receipt (just incase)
Play the watch my 360 travel to McAllen, TX via tracking
Once they recieve it they will have 5 business days for repair, then they ship you the repaired or refurbished console.
All shipping is done UPS 3 Day Select

Note: remove everything from your 360... remove the hard drive, remove the last game that may be in the drive. Just send the bare 360 in.

My turnaround time was the same and Zoboa's, but that may have been that they were getting modified 360's in that included the new heatsink cooling solution/band-aid. My buddy at work saw that as soon as his was received, they ship a reburb out the next day.

also the number they give u right? You put that in the box aswell

ya as u know gothic mine just hit the dust! The box comes with plastic bag, 2 stirafome peaces, directions with pictures, and prepaid label for 3 day shipping to bring to UPS store.
