Well since you asked.....
As one of the few people who have 1ked facebreaker I can say for certain your achievements are unlocked out of order.
Brawl for it All is the "story" mode of the game and the characters always appear in a certain order. You have unlocked several of those out of order. Steve is the first character you fight and you have the achievement for beating him AFTER you have beaten Brick, Voodoo, Socks and Tiki. Each of those are the respective "bosses" of their tier.....and somehow you have manage to skip Steve until after all of them. Not even mentioning that those bosses are not unlocked in the correct order either.
It could be a fluke due to playing offline but it looks fishy as hell to me. Which is why you should play online, because if you didn't cheat, it sure looks like you did.

When i look at my dash board the first achievement unlock i have is beat steve, then voodoo, then brick, then socks, then tiki, then the robot.
