To be quite honest, I am more concerned with what the next tournament is going to be than the what could have been of the prize... I wanna say it's an award plus a waffle with whipped cream and strawberries on it. But 4 teams left... all without a strike... time to see what happens.

Wow I am absolutely shocked. Nice run Circus and JR.

Well I really liked this tournament. It was a nice style but as I have heard from a lot of you guys... it just felt slow at times. I mean if we ever redid a tournament of this format... we would need to accelerate the strikes in the beginning. Give each teams 3 strikes like in baseball but instead of 1 a week give more. Like say we have 23 teams like in this tournament we go bottom 5 teams get a strike each week until we get to 15 teams remaining then change strikes gained to bottom 3 until we get down to 4 teams. When we do get to 4 teams the nature of the game changes. When there are 4 teams left, no matter the strikes each team has, they all get placed with 2 strikes. That final strike is then awarded based on 2 weeks of gameplay not just 1, so the competition is then sped up.
Basically for now I am going to set up a tournament discussion thread in order to get some ideas on what the next tournament will be. I liked the competition and if we did make a new one, I have quite a few people who are really interested in joining up already. So good luck with the rest of the competition and we will talk there as to not take away from the teams still in.

Yeah, I'm kinda glad we're out seeing the amount of points everyone had to put up to avoid a strike this week Bongo was a one man army

I'm interested to see what Mini's team does after getting a strike. I don't know that a strike is necessarily a death sentence, but at this point, it makes it an uphill battle for sure.
I'm not even sure what we would do if we got the strike. A huge part of me would want to do what Circus and Jr did and get back to gaming in a normal way. The first 2/3 of this comp wasn't all that bad, but the past few months have been absolutely grueling. When Minioger says something about getting back to normal gaming, you know we have all been pushing it! LOL
I know that this thing can still be won with a strike, and it's tough to give up after coming this far, but a strike might also be a little sigh of relief! I guess we'll find out!

My hat goes off to Bongo, 5970 points put up is crazy. I didnt help much this week. I have 3 kids, a wife, and work for myself. Sometimes I have alot of time to play and other times I have so much shit going on that I cant think straight, this week being one of them. That is good for the bank account but not so much for gamerscore. I just hope I can help more so he doesnt have to do it all. I have pulled my weight for the most part during this.

My life has been so much happier after getting out of the competition, lol. No more deadlines, no more worrying if your down on some points, nothing like that. Just enjoy what you got, when you get it, and make the most of it from now. Been saving cash since we have been out too!
Just something to think about finalists!

Just as a note Bongo, you had my team scores from last week in there still. Wouldn't have mattered for Brit but I would have had a hell of a start to this week So I fixed it

To be honest, a huge dinosaur ran into me while I was typing so that was probably why that happened, lol. I'll update it in my files real quick so I don't mess up next weeks.
I mean its okay if you want to give me a 5285 head start into this week, but I think the other teams would have a problem with that
