Then show me a timestamp proving it. Your picture shows it complete which means you could have earned it the week before. Do you have a pic showing the 9/10 or 9/11 dates without the achieves list showing completed?

Whoa whoa, no need to call names now. We aren't like that and do not like that attitude here, come on, you know better.
97410 is the last score logged online. Which was on the 10th which is last Saturday. You could have earned any points that day, OFFLINE which we would then be unable to determine because you were not connected to live. For all we know, you could have played nfl tour on the 10th offline, then went to your buddies house and played again on the 12th.
So I'm asking for concrete evidence. Not a picture you took today that proves none of your points.

excuse the name calling but READ YOUR POST. and if im "gathering" it right your saying i completed nfl tour last weekand then just replayed it monday, .. If it had been done that way, 1. i would have 150 mystery points this week, or 2. if your saying i didn't complete it the 10th, played offline "got the achievement" the logged ONLINE monday the 12th, that 150 gamerscore would have showed in the updates, which it DIDNT therefore PROVING i did NOT complete the game before the 12th.

Haha! I absolutely called this. I knew he was playing offline. I told Melissa on Thursday. It was confirmed when I got home around 8 and Mini wasn't playing like he cared at all and that other guy had still not signed into live except for xbox.com a few times to try to hide what he was doing. Sneaky... like an elephant.
I wondered who would do it first. I knew eventually someone would stockpile offline points and then suckerpunch everyone with them. I'm surprised and not surprised all at once with who finally did it. I was not however surprised when those points showed up.
I'll admit right now that we have contemplated doing it. There are a few reasons why we did not. First of all, we have not had to. We simply have not gotten to the point where we couldn't just bulldoze through games to save ourselves. Second, there have really not been any guidelines set up for this, but there was kind of a "gentleman's agreement" that we should just play online. For non gentlemen, that means you fight, but you fight fair and there's no need for a rule to govern every little thing. Third, and the part that probably wasn't considered, (or he just didn't care) is that once this happened, anarchy will rule.
So now either Bongo has to change the rules yet again, which seems to piss everyone off, and shut down offline play, or make it fair game and you end up with everyone playing offline until Sunday night just logging onto live to update their scores and then pulling the ethernet for another week or else surely be eliminated. That is not a good situation as we all pay a lot for xbox live and this will be going on for the rest of the year.
I'm not going to say this was cheating, because I truly believe that it wasn't. It was an underhanded strategy for sure, but I think he got the points legit. I just think that a precedent must be set. Bongo has a tough decision ahead and I don't envy him for it! But he has done what he thought was best throughout this tourney and hopefully he understands how this decision will shape the tournament from here on out.

Wow... I am gone a week and already controversy? Anyway... we had this same deal with AJ and AJ's team got DQ'd that week. Bongo covered this when he DQ'd them. And to be listed as offline pretty much an entire week and still getting 1500 points? That is insane bro. And all of us being Achievement gaining fiends know that unless you pull A:TBE or Fallout PC out your backside that you can not do a major amount of points only in one day. So just consider yourself lucky your team wasn't given 2 strikes this week instead of 1.
