The article I submitted covers it.
You had to be signed into LIVE, and select the correct playlist, kinda like Halo has the 7on7 playlist. Using that playlist, it automatically sets all the settings to where they should be for the contest. The player also had to have themselves videotaped while performing the "No Hitter"
There is a video of an interview with the winner that is in the link provided in the article.
I will point out that the article I submitted was a copy/paste from Yahoo, and included the authors name.
