I am normally a very nice, congenial person as long as people aren't fucking with me, and I make it a point to be extra nice to working-class folks because I have worked tons of shit jobs like food industry, gas station, etc. where people just love to be douchebags to you.
So for the first 30 minutes or so I was trying really hard to be nice to the outsourced MS reps on the phone and explain that I didn't want my Gold auto-renewed anymore, but I actually had to get angry and vulgar before they finally said "I am sorry sir, we will cancel your auto-renewal service."
