i don't have a funny pic but the video for dawngaurd was epic,i kinda laughed inside when i thought about all the rumors on forums people were saying like it's about snow elves and so on, anyhow it looks to be epic and at wait.

I wouldn't be laughing just yet... The code for snow elves was there, right next to crossbows and vampire feeding animations... Both of which are in the trailer. I wouldn't say it's out of the realm of possibility for snow elves/ falmer to be in it.

I'll double check my strategy guide but I'm pretty sure there isn't any other way to cure yourself than at the end of that quest.

If you've got enough of those heads from the Companions quests, you can keep healing yourself even after the quest by going back to there and fighting the wolf. That's how I cured myself when I got tired of being a werewolf.
