War World for Xbox Live Arcade announced

Ubisoft announced yesterday plans to bring War World to Xbox Live Arcade. The game is a third-person shooter that features four multiplayer game modes of up to eight players and a large single player campaign. War World is rated T for Teen and will be available later this Summer. For full details, see the release below:


UBISOFT ANNOUNCES WAR WORLD FOR XBOX LIVE(r) ARCADE

SAN FRANCISCO July 10, 2007 Today, Ubisoft, one of the world's largest
video game publishers, announced it will be releasing War World on Xbox
LIVE(r) Arcade for the Xbox 360(TM) video game and entertainment system from
Microsoft later this summer from premier developer Third Wave Games. War
World is a fast-paced third-person shooter that combines a unique blend of
heart-pumping action and tactical gameplay, introducing an entirely new
genre to Xbox LIVE Arcade. Complete with next-gen visual effects and robust
gameplay, War World throws players directly into combat on the battlefield
of a war-torn planet. Control one of 10 different Mechanoids, each with
special abilities, and wreak havoc throughout the 100-level single-player
campaign. War World is truly the first of its kind on Xbox LIVE Arcade with
a robust multiplayer game set available through Xbox LIVE(r) online
entertainment network. War World on Xbox LIVE Arcade is rated "T" for Teen.
