Considering the number of zombies on the screen the game holds up rather well, and it looks great. True the game runs rather dark, especially inside rooms but it does add to the atmosphere. Ive played the demo 4 times, twice alone and twice online. I think the game could use a little more story to it but Its only a demo, for all I know there could be more when you reach other safe rooms. Anyway, I like the fact that not once have I played the same set of enemies so far, and that you have to keep moving at a moderate pace or youll get overrun by more waves. I dont like that you NEED to rely on someone to help you if youre pinned but it does add to the team aspect of the game, and the ability to heal and give people items is awesome. The bots are very smart, and after playing GOW2 and having that idiot Dom (or reject bots in private matches) pass me up more times than I can count when I need a revive its a welcome change of pace. Bots that actually HELP you. The achievements also look like fun, so Ill probably gamefly this one.

The demo is amazing, look past the graphics and just enjoy it for what it is.
Oh and stay away form the witch, she will f you up. especially on expert. If you hear crying, turn off your light and stay away!
Lol, I was all like OMG survivors!! when I first heard crying (even AFTER watching the opening movie) and then I walked up to her with my flash light all up in her face, yeah...it wasnt pretty but it sure was quick...

this IS an EA game, right?
did this really come after dead space? seriously?
Valve made the game but EA is the retail distributor, much like the Orange Box.
