America's Army (360) playable at PAX
The U.S. Army announced yesterday that they'll be present at PAX to show off America's Army in various flavors, but the biggest news is the debut of True Soldiers in demo form. We'll have a hands-on report from the show floor as part of our PAX coverage.
Other Army highlights on display at the show include:
* The Virtual Army Experience (VAE) -- A single virtual extraction mission wherein players must use smart teamwork to complete the goals.
* Real Heroes Program -- Sergeant Tommy Rieman, one of the America's Army development team's military experts, will be discussing his experience with the project. He'll also be divulging his real-world courageous exploits and autographing action figures from the new line of America's Army toys that will be found in ToysRUs stores in September.
In addition to all of the events above and the chance to check out the new 360 version of America's Army, PAX attendees will be handed free copies of the current PC America's Army. Do your country proud, gamers.
