Durtie, I biked 12 miles (not very far) in 100 degree heat (very hot.. Captain obvious right?), yet I still have the energy to jump up and down in front of my TV. The bad part is I have no Kinect!
As for the exercise schedule bit.. I'm sure if you stick to your exercise schedule you're fairly strong to begin with.. What is a little exercise gaming gonna do? Go drink a protein shake you Mamsy Pamsy!
