I'm sorry but this is bullshit. Wait, no I'm not sorry. This would be like GM and Ford pissing and moaning because some people like to buy used cars. Why don't they ask for a bail out too? Fuckin crybabies!

lol I love my gamefly...i got BFBC2 without the code, then i traded for a code(thanks junior mint daddy) and got all my free dlc with my free game as well saving me my $60. Although im not gonna pass on getting a must buy like Mass Effect 2 i do agree they need to stop with this exclusive shit and keep games how theyve always been. If you wanna buy it new go buy it new and support it, if ur on a budget wait for the game to price drop or buy it used or use gamefly or a likewise rental place. I mean were not living in communist China are we? FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

On the other hand the reselling of used games is what has driven prices up in the first place. Ten years ago before games were mainstream this wasn't such a big deal, but now it's big biz and the people it realy hurts is the smaller game company's. Their the one's that make up a majority of the market. But with a lot of people getting there games on the cheap it's driving them right out of buisness. Just look at all the mergers and company's closing their door as proof. Nothing wrong with waiting to buy after the price has droped a bit if your on a budget. At least that game company is still making the money. But every time you buy a used copy (witch is prob ony 5 bucks less) your screwing over the people who work sometimes 2-3 years to make that game. That's what drives prices up and kills inovation because they just can't afford to take a chance.

I think this will urt gamers of all kinds. I live on a fixed income, I recieve disability (long tory why but feel free to ask). I have a rather large game collection and about 90% of them were bought used. I buy new games rarely and only if I think it will be worth my $60. On the digital distrobution thing, I live out in the sticks and my internet sucks, if gaming goes totally digital distro then I will need to find a new hobby. Just my $.02.

I think buying and selling games is good an bad. personally i trade in any old games to hollywood video, the payout is a lot higher than that of gamestop, which pays pennies compared to dollars hollywood pays, and usually ill take the cash and lose a couple bucks as opposed to store credit, then go to gamestop and buy the same game for cheaper. in other words, trade to high paying chain, buy from low price selling chain.

If I ever buy games I wait until They release a bundle of some sort with all the DLC
Take Fallout3 for Example I bought the damn game for 59.99 New before GoTY game out at the SAME price a couple of weeks later I was like Damn.....But I scammed my cousin into buying it for 50$ and then bought GoTY yea im Terrible but hey he's stupid xD
Fallout3=60$ New
Fallout3 GoTY (Includes 5 DLC priced at 800 MSP each or 10$ each or 50$ in all for free )=60$

game developers need to lower the prices of these games..$60 is way too much and then $00 to $500 for the systems..what do they think will happen. I don't care how much they spend on making games, that's their problem, but they can't expect customers to spend all this cash, i work to hard to just give $60 or more for games!
