This ensures that teams are properly managed. Needing to always get the most points, means managers are constantly active. It worked really well last year. only 2 teams had less than 5 wins, and both of them were didn't play past week 4 I think, they just left their rosters chilling (one of them had 4 QB's)
also, Junior is in, so we have one spot remaining.

16 team league is gonna be rough and very bare bones after the 10th round lol.
I did a 14 team draft and wasn't happy with what I ended up with, forget a 16 team league.

You'll face each team in your division TWICE (2x for illiterates) Weeks 1-3 and 11-13 will be Division Rivalry Weeks.
You'll face teams from other divisions only once, and you won't get a chance to play every team (just like real life.... commence applause)
Draft is in exactly 1 hour.
