Could you tell us where you are from and your age?
I am originally from (and currently still live in) San Jose, CA and I am 19 years old.
Would you mind telling us a little about yourself?[/b]
Im a student at West Valley Community College (getting my AA in music then transferring to get a Bachelors-Doctorate in Astronomy). I consider myself a very active person (before GoW lol) having played varsity football and being captain of the swim team. I also love to skateboard. On the weekends I like to go to San Francisco to visit my girlfriend, where the majority of the time we are either out at a concert or eating sushi and watching cartoons. :-)
How did you find XboxAmerica?[/b]
I was looking for tournaments for GoW and this site popped up through google. I loved what I saw(how friendly everybody sounded) so I just kept checking in everyday.
Favorite restaurant?[/b]
When we (my girlfriend and I) go out to eat sushi we like to eat at Truya in San Jose and when we go out for some Italian we like Villa Romanos in the Sunset District of San Francisco. When Im lazy I just like to go out for some Monster Tacos at Jack in the Box.
Most famous person you have met?[/b]
I got to meet Steve Caballero many times (native to San Jose) and he used to skate with my brothers when they were first picking up on the sport.
Person you would most like to have dinner with?[/b]
Chairman of Iron Chef America because I feel that I would get introduced to some great things (thinking more about the food than the actual person lol).
Tennis Shoes or Sneakers?[/b]
Sneakers
PC or MAC?[/b]
PC
How long you been an active gamer?[/b]
Ive been playing games since elementary school but didnt start playing competitively until middle school which was about 5-6 years ago (Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun).
What is the story behind your Gamertag?[/b]
Mack comes from the beginning of my middle name which is Mackenzie and the 97 is my number for football.
Favorite game genre?[/b]
I love the RTS but a decent racing game can beat that out anyday. Im just really into cars and the whole professional racing scene.
Favorite 360 game?[/b]
If Test Drive Unlimited could get a bigger online crowd it that would be the game but Gears of War is just pushing all the right buttons at this point.
All-time favorite game on any platform?[/b]
Sigh I dont know if anybody has heard of Motor City Online (EA) but it was a great online muscle car racing game for the pc that allowed you to build your car in practically complete detail, like choosing piston heads, valve train, carburetors, exhaust and intake manifolds, etc.(this list could be huge but Ill spare you guys). You would get a paycheck every week based on your level plus whatever money you make drag racing, street racing and circuit racing. If you werent too into racing (or just not that good) you could work the different auction houses trying to buy that car with the rare engine block or body style for a good deal and sell it back to other people to make a profit.
Xbox 360 game not named Halo 3 you are looking most forward too?[/b]
I cant give you a title but I am really looking forward to a good F1 game.
How often do you play multiplayer on Xbox Live?[/b]
Just about every time I play is on Xbox Live. So about everyday...
What type of Live Gamer are you?[/b]
I think I usually adapt to the way the room is acting, but I just cant tolerate the ignorant talk that goes on sometimes.
What does your Gamerscore mean to you?[/b]
Not a whole lot really, but maybe thats because my gamerscore is so low.
Best in-game accomplishment?[/b]
I'm very proud of my Don't You Die on Me achievement in Gears of War because I feel that it's harder to actually go back after you're all setup and pick up that teamate rather than just stay and try to fight it out with the jerk that just downed your teamate.
If you could bogart 5 things from existing games to make the ultimate game, what games and what parts would they be?[/b]
Motor City Onlines attention to detail, Gran Tourismos realistic racing, Gears of Wars graphics, and World of Warcrafts online masses. A super spec. oriented realistic racer with great graphics and a huge amount of competition online. (Four is close enough lol)
One thing you would like to change about anything related to Xbox 360?[/b]
Tournaments put on more often through Xbox Live just for bragging rights.
What can be done to improve XboxAmerica?[/b]
I missed it because I wasnt home this weekend but I would love to see more events like the Halo 2 gaming night.
