My buddy and I made a little wager back in week 3. I gave him the option to pick any 2 teams and all he needs is for EITHER of them to MAKE the Super Bowl, and I get 1 team that has to WIN the Super Bowl. He picked NYG and Philly, I took the Colts. So far, one of his teams has been knocked out of contention, so that helps a lot, but after seeing Philly tear it up the last few weeks, I'm starting to get a little nervous that maybe they're hitting their stride at the right time. However, I'm still confident that the Colts will waltz into the Super Bowl. I know their 'D' is pretty banged up, but there's no defense in the AFC that can stop Peyton Manning. The only chance any team has is to play Indy away from home, but that isn't happening so look for Indy to be playing in early February, most likely against New Orleans.

BUT, to answer this.
Carolina is my team for life, but I think the Chargers will go all the way this time.
They have a team with a run and passing game. So they can do big things.

I still haven't seen anything in the AFC that tells me that the Colts can be stopped. The fact that a team like Pittsburgh is still even alive for a playoff spot makes the AFC look stupid in my opinion. The Colts D is strong enough to keep any other Offense from scoring as much as THEIR offense. I'm not some fanboy or anything, but I think the Superbowl is Indy's to win or lose.
The NFC is much more competetive, but I don't think their best team can beat the Colts without an Indianapolis meltdown.
I think the Vikings are the most complete team in the NFL. Well rounded on all three sides of the ball with big play capability. Philly is gritty and can play with anyone as long as they don't make mistakes. They are tops in the NFL in turnover +/- so they could make things very good for themselves. The Saints looked like they were playing Madden for most of the year, but playing playoff teams in playoff situations has a way of making teams like that come crashing to Earth. They have shown fatal flaws over the last 2 weeks and with the strong NFC sending a parade of good teams through the Bayou, I don't expect them to survive.
I pick Indy winning the Superbowl over the Vikings. Sorry Minnesota! Another Superbowl loss.

Chargers win it all hands down...10 straight wins....they OWN the Colts, so if we have to play them they are toast, if we have to play New England, well in the past i would have worried, but they aren't what they used to be, AND they would have travel to San Diego, either way Chargers/Saints Super Bowl, we'll show them Drew Brees should have stayed in San Diego.

Okay..lately the saints have been struggling..so i think that that will continue into the playoffs..so im gonna have to go with 2 of the hottest teams and say it will be a chargers vs eagles in the superbowl with the chargers winning it...id rather see my cowboys in there but were prolly gonna lose the first game like we always do
