that would be an easy way out for her, give that to him, then just constantly ruin her life until she does it herself.... and by the time shes half way there i would have been granted full custody. and no shes one of those that will put on the nicest/shy personality for first 6-8 months and then when she tells you shes quitting work cause i earned enough to pay the bills, including house rent, electric, 2 car insurance and gas, hell no, that was our main argument, then at the said bday party of mine where there was a few of my exs that are still very good friends she flipped shit on me and had cops there saying i kidnapped her....

Melissa has it right man. I have never heard of a situation where you pay child support and do not get to see your kid.
My real mom never even paid the full amount each month, but my dad still had to have us there for 3 weeks during summer and at holidays. These were the only times she ever even tried to see us, and it only happened cause my dad would take us there, she would never come to get us, or meet half way.
I am sorry this is happening to you man. I wish you the best of luck in winning this battle. She is being downright ruthless letting someone else be known as "daddy" by your child.

What Mellisa said. Also, I know in Illinois it is illegal to record someones voice without them knowing about it, so if you are recording any calls with her I would make sure that you know the laws. I know this is a little late, but I went through my parents getting divorce, and I know how it can affect not only the parents but the kid as well. If you want to ask me any questions, fell free to.

This problem could have been easily solved with some limestone, shovel, free time, dark night and no witnesses.
