I like halo and everything as many people know but im probably gonna go for shadowrun. Still thinking its a tough choice, at least for me.

^^I always liked Shadowrun, if they would have included a bit more content in the game and the servers were still in good condition, it would probably still have a big community. Personally I still play it now and then.

Being as this is a COMMUNITY playdate, it should be the game that is easier to get by the community, unless you plan on waiting a while after Reach comes out to set it up, to give people the chance to buy it. IIRC the MW2 playdate was a few months after the game released.

Shadowrun is old yes, also very cheap, yes. The servers are good, though, because I still talk to maj ru1e and meg and they both still play Shadowrun frequently.
Plus Shadowrun works with Games for Windows Live, and PC gamers stick with games for far longer.

I voted for Shadowrun simply because I hate anything Halo. I'm not looking forward to the barrage of Halo threads we'll get if we end up going with it. I honestly find this vote to be a waste of time. There's inevitably going to be a bunch of inactive members that come out of the woodwork just to vote for Reach.
