Some subsidiary of Verizon called Frontier. It's still Verizon's network but Frontier is the name on our bill now.

I pay $30 a month through Time Warner - Road Runner ISP
Unfortunately it's the fastest internet for my area. We are kind of behind the times, I think Korean internet is something like 10x faster than here in the states.

I use Time Warner's Road Runner. In my area, they only offer up to 20 Mbps down / 1 Mbps up service though.

Around here we now have Century Link which is a combination or evolution of a few other companies. They actually have some great service in areas near us, but where we are specifically we can only get their lowest DSL which gets us about 60kbps down on a good day.
The part about it that's great, though, is that we must have an actual internet backbone relatively close because I get some fantastic pings to people far away, and once I learned how to open up the NAT settings Xbox Live runs smooth like a baby's arse.
No matter what internet service provider you have, if you are using a router you should make sure you have your NAT opened up for XBL. Your ISP's tech line can help if you call them and say you want to open ports for a gaming service, or you can figure out how to do it yourself if you google your router's model type and "open NAT".
