Same here, the OXM article had some interesting points but overall left me feeling conflicted. I love games with weirdly interesting and slightly creepy stories, and BioShock 2 is a major stamp of approval for them, but it's hard for me to get excited about another FPS.
Will definitely rent and/or wait for word-of-mouth from trusted sources before I lay down any cash.
Those graphics are sexy though, and I like the visual style. The characters remind me of Team Fortress 2. I'm not super keen on the quasi-50's setting, but at least it isn't more zombies or post-apocalyptic wastelands.
