Not sure if any of you remember or not but there was a live deal awhile back where you could buy the noble six helmet and one year of live for $29.99(I posted this thread in Hot Deals). My Xbox Live account is silver all of a sudden and I have no clue why. Anybody know if I have to wait a certain amount of time or anything? Sorry if this is a noobish question but I am quite worried at this time.

I called them just now and they said that my account was cancelled. After an hour and a half they finally said "Just buy more Gold when yesterday I had a three month on it." So after that I just argued for a bit which got me nowhere.

I took advantage of that very same deal 1 year of live for 29.99 and it went through just fine. I wud be bitching to somebody at microsoft, all they have to do is look at your account/billing history to sort it out.
