2 people on each team need total of 8 people. First team and second team with most kill will move on to next round. Other two team will go to lost bracket will have second chance. Need to make two bracket win and lost. When get down to last 2 team win in bracket and lost bracket. Only win with most kill.

Sorry to complicated. 4 vs. 4 sounds easier.
There will be no way to get 4 people shown up at same time.
