I rented it it was alright.......I would buy it for $10 bucks, but I wont play it on my profile because of the multiplayer.
....And as for the OP.....if it was me I would pick Bioshock.....it is one of those rare games you don't want to miss.

Bioshock's one of the best games on the 360, Lego's well, a Lego game, Mercs 2 is very fun playing with a friend, typical sandbox Just Cause style game, and Bully 2 I own, but have never played

Bioshock, no contest. I may be a little bias to the Bioshock series as its my favorite game on the 360. All games you have listed are good games but all are pretty much different styles of gameplay so its all up to your taste but I would highly recommend Bioshock, as I see almost everyone else has as well.
