What I Have Learned From Video Games

The rules are simple, state a fact that in reality could never exist and yet in a video game it's an absolute truth. State the fact, then name the game from which the fact has come. You can use any system and any game.

For example -

There are only 10 voices in the whole world - Oblivion

If you kill someone, Lego studs fly out and go everywhere - any Lego game

If you kill a bunch of bad guys at a checkpoint, they will be right back - Far Cry 2

If a grenade goes off close to me and I am jumping, the concussion from the grenade will propel me up and away with no permanent harm to my health - Halo 3

If you throw a grenade into a hole, the hole will seal up, not get bigger - Gears 2

If I grab a chicken by the legs and jump off of a ledge, I get to fly - Legend of Zelda Ocrana of Time

If I get shot, then i can quickly go prone behind some cover for a little bit, and my health will magically regenerate. ~COD and Gears of War

When i kill someone, the ground will magically absorb every ounce of blood, no matter the type of surface it is, and the body will eventually disappear and nobody will really care anymore. ~Assassins Creed (I and II)

I learned that it is possible for one young man to carry 3 swords, 4 changes of cloths, 3 shields, 90 bombs, 100 arrows, a sling shot, a boomerang, half a forest in sticks, a bag of nuts, any number of bottles, a mask, a pair of metal boots, a very, very big hammer, a large number of trinkets, stones and artifacts, not eat for days, rescue a princes, and have the time and energy to learn a musical instrument - Legend of Zelda, Wind Waker
