The thread has been updated. A couple members have asked to be removed and they are now gone. Please don't post in here trying to figure out who left, I'm just letting people know if they have bumped up a spot or two- that is the reason.
I would also like to point out that although I don't ever plan on making any big changes to the way this thread is run, I AM open for suggestions to improve it. I would like those suggestions PMed to me and not posted in the thread, if I ever think an idea might be implemented I will more than likely post it in here to get feedback from others (but then would want the feedback via PM).

All righty then. Here we go, I have been communicating with a few members from this thread to try to help continue the waffling going. I know there have been multiple complaints sent my way that people haven't received games, etc etc. In talking with a few members I have come up with a couple ideas that I think will help the games move along much quicker. These are ideas at the moment and are NOT implemented.
I want to make mention again, I really don't want these ideas discussed openly. We have had a lot of drama in the past and I want to prevent any of that. It is not for any other reason than keeping the thread clean and drama free. I WOULD like to know what you think though. Please PM me whether or not you like or dislike these ideas or if you are indifferent I want to know as well, I also want to know why if you do not like the idea
I will not make changes unless I feel the thread will benefit from it and its current members will be happy with the changes. However if I don't hear from you I will assume you are indifferent Any member who is considering joining this thread is welcome to send a message in regards to these changes as well. If you don't care about this thread or left it and don't plan on rejoining, please save me the headache and don't bother sending your opinion.
Idea #1 - Games on the list will make TWO rotations down the list. I will make a little marker on the games if they have made a full rotation. The only member this should make extra trouble for is the last member on the list. They will be required to start at the top and send out messages seeing if anyone wants the game. I think this will help because it will allow members to pass on a game they don't have time for at the moment, and they will still receive an opportunity to play the game later.
Idea #2 - This idea will only be implemented WITH #1 - I will not even think about this one happening unless the first one goes up. This idea would be that the first rotation would have a time limit on the games. Kind of a rough idea is that if the game takes less than 10 hours to complete you would have 2 weeks from receiving the game to finish it, if it takes more than 10 hours, you would have a month. The second rotation would have NO time limit to make sure the more difficult games don't get rushed through. I know this one is a little scary to people, but I want to be clear - unless someone is blatantly not sending out a game when they promise, they won't be removed from the list over this. I don't want more drama, and frankly if someone takes 3 weeks every time on the 2 week game, no one should throw a fit - but I would like the members to try his/her best to respect this rule. For example no one would make a fuss because Kent had Backyard football 10 too long - he had a very very good reason. The goal behind this rule would be that if you don't plan on playing the game anytime soon - pass on it. Also if this rule should be implemented, whatever game you have in your possession now would NOT have to be sent out in this timeframe. Kind of a grandfather rule, you won't have to send out a game and spend the extra shipping just because we changed things. However the next person in line would need to adhere to the new rule.
