First you guys need to hang out to see if you have chemistry. Get to know her and go to the mall with her. maybe go get some ice cream or something and talk/get to know her. take things slow. If she's interested she'll drop little signs that you (should) be able to pick up on. Since she has a boyfriend see how things go with them, if she just drops him for you that's no good, but if he's not right for her and she's generally more interested then go for it. Does she go to your school/live around you?

its not how its tips anyway this is the deeper discussion but i understand what ur saying people on forums for other stuff aren't serious but if anyone does have some stuff to say that can relate and help please fill free to post
